I am looking to move out of Victory Village into a little more of an exclusive neighborhood. I have a large boxer, lab mix so he is about 50 LBS. But he is fixed and up to date on all of his shots. Not too long ago Henderson, NV passed an ordnance that required cat and dog owners get their pets fixed but during the meeting on whether to approve it or not, the issue raised two things: 1, a lot people won't like the idea of being TOLD what to do with their pets and second NOT everyone can afford...
